We were working well with the app and then it decided to update, after which it removed the book code, and when we tried to scan it again, it gives an error that it was scanned before, we reached to the chat support and they are not helping at all, we have been on this for more than a week now ... I need an immediate solution to this issue.

The last version is so bad My code isn't opening I will try again if it doesn't work l will uninstall this bad app I advise you all don't install this version really It is hard to sign in and hard in every thing

It is agreat app but i entered the code of my book in the code part in the app and an update happened then when i returned to open the app it said toenter the code and when i tried again it said already used and i don't know what to do anymore

This app is pretty neat . The videos are very useful as well as the exercises Although, I have two problems with this. Whenever I'm watching a video the quality would suddenly drop which would make it hard to understand what's going on. Also, whenever I'm trying to scan a code I keep pressing the icon but it does nothing. Other than that this app is really useful.

The app is very good and organized. I liked it at first and then when I was going to watch a lesson, the "Study" part of every subject is not working. It keeps loading and showing nothing. I don't know what happened. I uninstalled it and downloaded it again many times, but it didn't work.

I liked the app but when it got updated i absolutely hated it the design became worse more complicated it won't scan the code at this point it's considered useless and some answers isn't in the book so i have to get it from the app and the app is being absolutely usless right now

The application was amazing and very helpful I would give it 5 stars but the last update is HORRIBLE the smart code didn't work again. Only premium users can use it. Can u pls return the previous version it was the BEST and I will give u 5 stars.
