Wish I could give it 0 stars. It worked for awhile when I first downloaded it and now for the past couple weeks it won't open. I just see the same ghost screen that others have described. I re downloaded the old app and that one won't recognize my password which has not changed. Our cruise is coming up in November and I have no app that works! What's the deal, NCL?!

Just like everyone else, it worked the first day when I first got it. Ever since then it is just the white screen with the boxes floating in and out of the screen like they are trying to load. Multiple reinstalls and still nothing. The app is broken, please take this thing down completely from the store until this can be fixed. It's obvious from the reviews that has been going on for a month now

Questionable functionality - day before my cruise and the app says "There are no more for excursions available, enjoy the rest of your cruise". I'm not ON the cruise, and I can't see available excursions let alone book one. Also, if I lock my phone with the app open it bypasses my lock screen. With my luck my phone will bounce around in my pocket at the moment excursion booking starts working and book me on one I don't want to do. Have to keep the app for eDocs, since nobody uses paper anymore.

Many features, like the ship map and messaging, are gone. Information is still inaccurate, like menus. No information about upcoming ports to help plan to get to town when not buying their excursions

This app is terrible, missing so many features, lazy, doesn't load, and far too basic to be remotely acceptable on the norwegian bliss. Do better, NCL you're getting your butt kicked in tech from basically every other cruise line.

I am loving the new app and features so far and can hardly wait for it to be fully integrated for my upcoming Getaway cruise. Having port times listed in the itinerary is sooo helpful and I like the horizontal pre cruise checklist section for easy access to the on ship planning I will soon need to do. It may already be in the works( since the app just started roll out and isn't even technically ready for the getaway yet)but I would like to see a page or link to a ship map w/ deck by deck view.

Will not launch, only shows a whitish screen with what looks like placeholders for layout. Tried in 2 different phones and got the same result. This isn't even close to ready for release.

This new app is horrible. Why wouldn't you just update the existing app?? Other cruise apps such as Princess, Disney, Royal Caribbean are far superior. Now it's completely unfunctioning. Please do better Norwegian... You charge more for everything now. I guess this is the new norm where we get less.
