Driver's license scan feature does not work for Android. All mobile options optimized for iPhone. It's like they don't care about all the people who want to use Android. If an app can't have dual usership, it sucks. + Is a terrible app with substandard developers. I can't wait till our ownership can afford drive centric

Carla is just as Awesome as this app. She was able to show me how simple it is to update your inventory and any pictures you want to upload right to your website. It's super easy to use, no need to email yourself a bunch of pictures that need to be saved to your hard drive just to be uploaded. Just that feature alone saves you lots of time! definitely and A+ and a top Star Rating! Thank you just Awesome!!!

I love the DealerCenter mobile app it's easy to use, and they recently updated the interface and added additional features such as the ability to view deals. My sales rep Marlen L is the BEST!! She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly, and then I'm aware of all product offering that may benefit my business. I'd recommend the DC mobile app to any dealer that wants access to key dms/crm functions at all time via phone.

We absolitely love the software and the app, have been using it over a year. This is a very well-organised, user friendly and well-designed system that helps our dealership to manage our operations, sales, and have all the features in one place at our fingertips. Additionally, the system keeps evolving and improving, new features are constantly added. We are also very happy with customer service and on-demand training: account manager Juan is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Recently, I switched from Fraser and V12 to DealerCenter. The best decision I've ever made! Everything's under one platform, making my job easier. Maryann, my CRM trainer, was exceptional - patient and knowledgeable. While Fraser was simple with good pricing, V12 softwa had so many issues, and that was prompting me to switch. Fortunately, I found DealerCenter's all-in-one solution with a great mobile app save me time at auctions, allowing me to focus on other tasks and sales. Highly recommended!

Awful since the update. It shows text messages repeating multiple times and when you try to go from one customer to the next it will show the same messages under the first customer even though you've clicked on the second customers name. It was mediocre before the update and now it's almost unusable.

I have the best trainer in Wes. The capabilities he has demonstrate with this software are unmatched. Like the Drivers License and Vin scanner functionality are game changers. Some much time and effort is saved processing customer information and pulling cars into inventory or just to appraise values. The value of just these two functionalities is more than worth the cost of some DMS systems alone. Hope they never go up in price

Great app. One annoying bug on Android (it seems) can't manually enter VIN even though I have same access as others at the dealership. When I scan VINs it goes to Carfax (for some reason?) instead of entering further vehicle details. Everyone here that has an iPhone does not have the same issue. Great CRM though.
