이 앱은 안드라프라데시주 정부 농무부가 소유하고 있습니다. 성과 모니터링 애플리케이션은 RSK, MAO 및 ADA에서 근무하는 직원의 성과를 모니터링하고 평가하기 위해 개발되었습니다. 성과 모니터링 애플리케이션은 RSK, MAO, ADA에서 근무하는 공무원에게만 접근을 허용합니다. PMA는 사무실 주변의 지오펜스 기능을 통해 수행되는 출석 및 작업의 진실성을 보장합니다. 이는 직원의 신속성을 보장하고 농부가 직원을 통해 더 나은 서비스를 얻을 수 있도록 돕습니다. 직원의 성과 등급은 수동 개입 없이 애플리케이션에 의해 수행되며 수행된 작업 및 출석을 기준으로 우수 카테고리에 속하는 RSK 직원, MAO 및 ADA에게 디지털 인증서를 발급합니다. VAA의 경우 우리는 건설 프로세스를 추적하기 위해 RSK 구성을 구현했습니다. PMA는 RSK 직원/MAO/ADA 출석에 대한 실시간 대시보드를 보여줍니다. 등록하는 동안 RSK 직원, MAO 및 ADA는 프로필 섹션에서 사무실 GPS 위치를 캡처해야 합니다. 각 직원 출석은 앱에 의해 기록됩니다. 앱에는 양방향 통신 기능이 있습니다. 현장 직원은 피드백을 고위 임원에게 공유할 수 있고 고위 임원은 알림을 통해 정보를 보낼 수 있습니다. 이 애플리케이션의 주요 비전은 모든 직원이 농부의 복지를 위해 일하고 주어진 일정 내에 부서의 목표를 달성하도록 하는 것입니다. 이 애플리케이션은 생산성을 향상시키고 성과가 더 좋은 직원과 효율성을 높이기 위해 더 많은 교육이 필요한 직원을 식별합니다.우리는 현재 버전 2.0.37를 제공하고 있습니다. 이것은 우리의 최신 버전입니다. 다양한 장치에 적합합니다. Limited to Android. enable it for iOS users too cannot carry both all the time and also provide pin to login not OTP as its a financial matter one time pin is better than OTP

Even app allowing login and performing the tasks...it is not showing my status of fair good or excellent. Even this app did't allow me check my past performance. Is there any restriction to use this app in one Plus 9r mobile? It's unfair when unable to download the excellent certificate and check the performance.

App is gud but it is asking OTP to login every time.As dis app has to be usd in our persnal tab I think theres no need to login every time with OTP. When v r in work if we close it accidentally or if v keep it idle for a few mins it's asking to login again with OTP. It's realy a big problem for us and it's really disturbing the fluency of work.It would be a friendly app if we could login automatically without OTP, paswd, captcha etc. like fb, Paytm etc. or else better to give PIN like bank apps

In the recent update given... OTP is getting auto-detected from messages and there is no provision for entry. Many field staff using Departmental Tabs which is alternative contact number... For this they can't use the same sims in mobile. For IOS Users There is no app developed with which it is difficult to access the app. Please look into auto-detected option

App is not working properly and poping up as restricted to one device when trying to connect back even though signed out. Any app should be able to logon through all mobile devices. But it is not working

Its taking 3 different activities only per day, if we proceed for other its displaying that we have updated 3activities limit per day. Hence we are going for Rbk own task to upload different tasks . My self im updating 7-9tasks per day, still its displaying "Moderate" only. How to change my performance into good /excellent ? Pls suggest.

Not showing my performance and my past performance there are bugs,the app should improve it compatibility ,not supporting to vivo Android. No responce from the supporting team even given feedback no of times.

App is really good.. But we are working in agency areas..we don't have signal in some areas..so we are facing problems..so please make it in Offline mode. Thank you
