I wish I'd have been informed sooner that they are not in my area. I think one of the first things that should be noted is which states they are in. I had provided my information, gathered all documents, etc and reached out to get the fingerprinting done. This is when I found out they do not have options in Michigan. It was definitely a letdown as I have everything else in and had anticipated starting in the next week or so. From the experience I had customer service was great and the app decent

This app is garbage and it's fairly obvious it was built by the lowest bidder and pushed into production. It looks streamlined visually but the functionality just isn't there. Registration is broken and just spins. I had to call twice to attempt to speak with someone(which I never did), and have them override the app. When you attempt to select shifts or refresh data, it will just spin, then confirm your shift after opening your email, but the shift doesn't appear in the app until you reopen.

Nurseio is by far the best nursing employment app out there. It is very user friendly. You can view and schedule shifts, see how much the pay is, view any bonuses, get the location information, and get paid immediately after your shift. All this with easy access on their platform that's available on a regular computer or on your phone. The app is a super convenient and easy way to schedule shifts when YOU are available to work.

Apps smooth...the shifts are smooth...uploaded MY documents and didn't have any issues...available shifts were up and all I had to do next was decide when I want to work my next shift...This company is Highly recommended especially if you're looking to pick up extra shifts quickly or looking to make your own schedule or just have a little more flexibility cause there's more to life than nonstop 12 hour shifts...enjoy some freedom

I've been using the app for a few months now. I haven't run into any major issues. My only complaint is that sometimes I have to log in my web browser to submit my hours..fix that and it'll be 5 stars 02/15/23 I still am unable to submit hours through the app. Better off just using Nurseio through the web browser.

I remember now why I deleted this app. I literally turned down other shifts to work a 6:45pm shift today to be cancelled at 5:10pm. I'm sorry but we have this long list of things about us canceling but the facilities have no repercussions about last minute cancelations is not fair at all. Original Review from 2022:It's okay but the last minute cancelations by facilities are awful.

Although, they don't have a many shifts as my other agency apps, I must say this is my favorite of them all. The facilities available are some of the best I've been too and the personnel for Nurseio are very prompt in answering any questions you may have. I love the app and the people.
