I spent a premium on these lights and they've just been so painful to use. When they work they're great, but they lose pairing all the time, often I can control one with the app, the other with the remote, but not the other way around. It's just not working well at all. One of the lights I can't even get into pairing mode anymore.

Inaccurate setup information wasted my time and it was frustrating the app would not recognise any bulbs via Bluetooth even though the Bluetooth setup app clearly could identify the bulbs. Only from a user review did I learn that the app will not work with location turned off. In spite of the Nordlux response that this was not so, I tried it and immediately it connected. Unnecessary requirement and disregard for customers that there is both lack of information and misinformation

Cannot connect each bulb individually to the remote. I have to connect all to a single button, so that all the bulbs turn on and off from just one button. The instruction manual is hopeless, I had better chances of coming this far on my own (30 minutes) for absolutely nothing rewarding at the end 👍 Waste of money, but most importantly, waste of time

Sometime signals doesn't come through, controlling via Google home takes from 5 to 20 seconds before anything turns on. We live with this. However i also bought 5 smart power plugs, none of them can be connected to, so they are basically useless. Support says they are looking at the issue. That's half a year ago.

We have 11 lights at home. After first connection, update of the firmware is initiated and most of the bulbs is not possible to reconnect. You have to reset the bulbs to factory settings by specific steps, which are not part of installation guide. Second problem is, that you have to enable also your GPS with the Bluetooth to pair the app with the devices.

App is ok. I get a lot of "unable to connect" messages when trying to connect to my light even though Bluetooth and my light is on. The "program" function does absolutely nothing, it simply displays an error message when I press on it which really sucks because that function was the only reason I bought the bulb.

The app is so buggy and struggling to have a stable connection with the product nor the server. In each section of the application the user find bugs so it hard to believe that it passed any kind of QA. The application itself is basic and not even delivered what the website promoting about the product (mimic sun ris). For now it impossible to create a scenario that contain a sequence of actions in one scenario. I really hope that they work on an update.

Nice interface, but the WiFi bridge is often loosing the WiFi configuration and the app cannot reconfigure it
