compared to other off duty management solutions this is not a good or useful app. their website claims agencies don't lose customers or hours, but a major agency in Florida lost a bunch of contracts and hours when they went to this app. several major clients are not happy at the administrative fees being charged. the officers / deputies who are forced to use this app are not happy with it, and I personally have yet to find one of the rank and file who actually like using it.

Frustrating and awful. They system is convoluted, barely works, won't load properly, and an absolute waste of money. DO NOT GO TO THIS SYSTEM.

Agency switched to this app, and there have been numerous problems. The app favors people who don't work and punishes officers that do work. The app is delayed between iphone and Android. The app will not show officers working other shifts in android. They original talked about transparency being a key component. There is no transparency with this app. The app crashes a key times, the app errors when attempting to clock in or clock out.

This a great app for work. It is probably the best in the field. As an app it does a great job at listing and showing the jobs you have assigned. Unfortunately, keeping it out of perfect is the fact that it doesn't distinguish the difference between work hours and OT hours when trying to get a job. So if I try to select five 12 hour shifts, it will only allow me to grab three, 12 hour shifts, which is 24 hours of regular time and 12 hours of OT. Leaving me with 16 hours of availability.

The App works well but with the newest update, the alerts for new shifts simply state, "Selection". Before a number was associated with the alert and I knew that number related to my local job. I find myself just clearing the notification because I can't stop what I'm doing to check every alert to see if it's a local shift opening up.

Easy-to-use but I wish it offered the option to search jobs by date, location, business type, instead if listing all of them. And instead of listing all the jobs when you hit (back button) it lists only the acutal job then were looking at, instead of going thru the entire list again. When you recieve job post alert, it would be a lot easier to go to that actual job listed instead of scrolling through an entire list not knowing which one was just added

App doesn't work most of the time and gives errors. The clock in/out slider gives errors half the time. I don't like that it doesn't show all jobs even of they're taken so you can't see who has taken them and try to trade. I havent been able to see any jobs on ours for over two weeks.

I had a job at 6 pm, started opening the app at 5:55pm, took so long to load that it made me clock in 15 minutes late. 9 people in one room, 5 people see jobs that others don't, app suits down, when you click on a job and hit back, it forces you all the way to the beginning. Now you have to scroll ALL the way to where you left off. Could hardly see the clock in option. Can't cancel jobs, transfer jobs, and can't see who you're working with. Ok.... There's more,but I have to get back to work....
