Great app.....It is very useful for NDMC officer for closely monitor complaints and receives status time to time. It is also helping for Enquiry incharge to take necessary approval from his senior officers to resolve the complaints immidiately. The time of attainding complaints is very less in comparision other source and receives notification to alert for Enquiry Incharge. Registered complaints immidiately assign to concern officers and notified alert show in mobile also also.

No McD helpline number is working & app is also not working and there is a lot of garbage put by the street vendors and neighbours. No service available for cleaning Garbage in uttam Nagar & no Garbage van comes for collecting same & the street garbage collectors ask for money for collecting the same. Ridiculous garbage service in uttam Nagar by Delhi govt. There are street vendors a lot who creates troubles for local residential people for which police took money fornot removing them from here.
