Works as it should aside from one thing. When you open the app, it takes charge of all phone sounds and sends it through the speaker you hear from when speaking on the phone. Music, video, phone call, all of it. The only way to get it to go back to normal is to "force stop" the app from the phone's settings menu after each use. It makes what would be a great service a sub-par service. I have tried to work with their support, but they have never even raised it to the dev team to get it fixed

This app works OK, but it has its share of annoying things about it. For example, when the app is running in the background, if I step into my car, when the Bluetooth connects to said car, it will cause the car to think I'm in a phone call via the app when I'm not. This happens 100% of the time in two different cars. My only recourse is to manually press the 'End call' button and force close the app every time. Another annoyance it in how it handles voicemail playback. It doesn't work well.

The app is pretty much useless as a phone but I use it to alert me of calls and voicemail, and then go answer them or return the call on the actual in office Ooma phone. Calls get dropped when I answer. Can't hear voicemail (the volume is incredibly low and won't get louder). The transcription of any VM gives me a hint at what the caller is saying but it's a joke as well. The only actual useful feature is I can change my voicemail greeting from home with this app if need be.

Works but lowers Bluetooth audio even when the app is not being used. It took me a while to figure it out but once I force stopped the app volume to my headphones returns. As soon as you start the app it drops to almost on hearable

This app sucks. Won't connect calls, get stuck on call screen and won't hang up. Even after closing the app it says it's still trying to make a call. No way to text people.

Can't get the app to call out anymore after a recent update. After I dial the number and hit send, it will ring once and disconnect. Used to work perfectly.

The mobile and desktop both the apps sucks. Since most of the users uses mobile apps, this app is horrible. It wouldn't allow you to accept incoming calls and most of the times get stuck while calling someone.

This app sucks, it crashes all the time. Everything is delayed and when you hang up it freezes your phone and keeps the call going
