Doesn't upload exercises to the app so there are no analytics to track progress. Customer service is sometimes okay, but haven't done anything to fix the issue, nor provided me with any indication it will be fixed. I will likely return the device and move on to.

Unfortunately I was never able to use this app as the device I received was defective and would not power on. Contrary to what their site says about the warranty and support they have not sent me a replacement and have stopped communicating with me. We went back and forth with over 12 emails and now are silent.

App does not connect to my Oumua. There is no support or help function in the app. No instructions came with the Oumua. I've never seen a piece of technology with zero support before.

Won't connect to my oumau pro. And can't find a instructions online or in the app on how to connect. Doesn't see it when I search for new Bluetooth device.
