I've had trouble with payment and No one has been able to help me! I have 3 wallets and mo ies loaded on 1 of those. However, I can't pay! Instead, they continue to ticket on the medical campus where I have to now find a way to go outside every 2 hours to pay More money at the station! Pleasefind someone capable to resolve technical issues with the app!

Awful! I don't live in Buffalo, yet they won't take my credit card to park downtown, I have to use the app unless I have $2 in CHANGE. The app makes you put $10 on the app! When is anyone going to spend that if they don't live there or never go downtown??? PLUS, they charge a "convenience" fee! BRING CHANGE WHEN TRAVELING TO BUFFALO AND SKIP THIS RIPOFF APP!

Just terrible. Somehow I paid for parking in the wrong area, fine that's my fault. But you can't cancel that parking time to fix it to the right one. Currently parked in two zones because there is no way to cancel and get a refund or anything. I really wish they could figure this out to make it more user-friendly. You're already paying a convenience fee, for what exactly? Oh yeah, the inconvenience.

App suddenly gone after almost two years and with funds on my account left. Tried to reinstall for 20 minutes, then finally gave up because caused me to be late for work. Decided to keep parking spot, but try again in office. Tried multiple times. No luck. Started working with intend to try again, but got busy working. Came out and had a $40 parking ticket. Now have to pay or go to traffic court. Still can't get the app to work agdin. Lousy.

Way too many permissions. There's no reason why this app needs all the permissions it requests. Plus you're required to "pre-load" a minimum of $10 before you can use the app. (So if you're only parking once, you pay $10 even if the parking only costs $2 per hour.) Plus you have to pay a "convenience fee" on top of the price of parking. Nothing convenient about this app, or system of paying for parking.

This app should: have a zone map or location search feature of some sort. It should warn you of expiring time. It should not even ALLOW you to pay for parking outside of metered times, or days, yet it does. There should be an option to draw from separate business accounts and personal accounts, instead of just one preloaded fund. Also, if you have to preload your card in $10 increments, I assume to reduce cc transaction fees, why does it charge a $0.10 fee every time you use it?!

It really should have a prompt if you actually need to pay for the time period you are about to pay for. It would be immensely helpful if I didn't have to try to figure out how much if at all pay for a particular zone. Example some zones are free on weekends but the app will still allow payment. Other notes; permissions are ridiculous for a mandatory app and not city visitor friendly.

Paid the minimum $10 to get the app to work, only to find after it took my money, that I didn't have to pay for that specific spot on that day/time. Was only in buffalo that day, so I lost that money for nothing. No refund for the remaining balance is offered. Uninstalling... Don't bother with this app, find a different spot in the city to park. Don't park ehere this app is required.
