Always have to agree to terms every time the app is opened and will not show the current location of the vehicle. What's the point of paying for this service when it shows the vehicle always at home. It is cheaper and better to throw an airtag in the vehicle. Complete rip off from the dealership.

Shows that our infinity qx80 is still at the dealership in twin falls, when in fact our vehicle is sitting in our driveway in Northern Nevada. The app constantly crashes when you open it. I'm not really sure how accurate this app is especially if you're ever in the unfortunate situation where your car gets stolen. How are you going to able to track it if the tracking app crashes and doesn't give a real time exact location. Please fix this.

Open; crash. Open again; crash. Open third time; finally. 6 hours later, location still at dealership. Tap on map; crash. Terribly unstable. Doesn't show realtime location for tracking. Hundreds of dollars for this, AND a subscription fee? Should have gone with LoJack again instead, it seems. -- And now you want my biometric and fingerprint? Are you HIGH?!

V1.0.10 horrible. It frequently asks to agree to terms and conditions. You have to scroll way down to the bottom of the terms to activate the "I agree" button. Location is not timely. The current info for my car's location is from over 3 hours ago. How does this app have a 4.3 rating? The vast majority of reviews I can see are 1.

This is not live tracking. It shows where my car was parked yesterday or at best several hours before, not live. I was forced into this as an add-on when I bought my car, do not allow them to to you off.

This service is horrible. It doesn't give live updates. I've had to wait as much as 24hrs before receiving a correct location. The app locks up. It also asks me to scroll and accept the terms EVERY SINGLE TIME I open it. Don't waste your money.

Garbage app. Map won't update. I drove to work 8 hours ago. Still shows my car down the street from my house. It's NEVER EVER showed my car at home. The single most annoying thing with the app, IS HAVING TO SCROLL THROUGH THE ENTIRE 10,000 WORD TERMS AND CONDITIONS DISCLAIMER EVERY TIME YOU OPEN THE APP AND EACH TIME YOU NAVIGATE BETWEEN SCREENS WITH THE APP.

Quite possibly the worst app I've ever downloaded. I can't believe a company would actually take money for this service. My GPS has me located in the wrong spot for 24 hrs. App crashes every time I attempt to use it. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!
