I gave 2 stars for the effort. The app really sucks. I keep getting errors when trying to fetch the account, and there’s no option to see the payments made. Also, every time I try to pay, it keeps loading after the payment is completed. you can do better than that streamtech!

It shows your account encountered error. And if I'll refresh it will be OK. If I try to pay the bill, it is refunded always.

Tho the app always updates, errors are getting worse. Never completed a transaction without any erros. What's the purpose of the updates, political campaign? Adding someone's face inthe adds.

They removed physical, on-site consulations just to redirect us to this app which you need the internet for it to function. What if we have net problems? Not if for us. They told us to log in here (what? WE DONT HAVE NET) or to call the number they provided to inquire. When we did get a call it took WEEKS for the technician to arrive WHICH PROMPTLY BAILED ON US saying they dont know how to fix it cuz they, I quote, "dont know how the previous worker did it". Which implies they fired competents!!

So long to load the apps when i opened it it takes to long and sometimes it didn't open and hang up the apps

your app won't even open or load after the last update, and the ad is extremely intrusive to the point of making the app unusable. it's garbage y'all

This app has too many problems.. and there wifi as well.. 🙄 PLDT is better, but they make monkey business not letting pdlt to connect in this area..

Update July 19 2024: Seems like you added someone's face as a pop-up add like every seconds idle in your app. Should have started first by improving the services and speed in both ST & PW pages for a more convenient and faster use. I don't know why you keep on adding these updates so regularly when it doesn't seem like it has changed for the better anyway?
