My dad unknowingly bought premium. So far I have been going through bitter experience with the service. First they are showing only a same set of people again and again 2nd in 90% profiles are without photos, I can't keep requesting photos in every profile. I feel like they are following the algorithm of FB, google, twitter where ads are shown based on out search. I am very unhappy with the service and regret paying money for it. I contacted customer care, no satisfactory response

For country by default all countries are selected. Default should be any. Option to be given to select specific country. Presently we have to delete tick mark for every country resulting in wastage of time. Similarly while selecting height it is not allowing our choice. It is compelling to enter with minimum difference of 6 inches which is not appreciated...no freedom to choose the height...

Hello Everyone Please don't buy the any premium in this app. Wrost application and if you try to contact the customer care and won't consider the request and concern. They never fix issues with profile and Many fake profiles are created and if tried to report those to coustomer care team and they won't take resolutions for that profile.Please Don't get disappointment after buying this premium in this app. This is my personal experience. Thanks Wrost application and Service as well

Hi .. Very sorry for this . Giving false information while calling to make a membership plan. After that continious calling customer care. Still accessing my profile , mail dropped to person to add / view another 10 contacts as per call recording assurance . Even shown off 2 months or 3 months old profiles to member to cover them for making payment / To make membership . Worst .

Poor customer service and false commitments from sales team. Got continuous calls to pay premium promising that new profiles will be unlocked. After payment, no profiles came. On reaching customer care, they keep saying that complaint has been taken and is in progress. App is pretty decent to use though

Very bad customer service and no proper escalation channel ..I have raised an complaint on 13th Apr regarding a bug in their system as im unable to view membership photo though the profile is visible for everyone! as of date they haven't even acknowledged my mail & for the past couple of days I have tried to call their executive and everytime each one of them provides a false assurance that your case will be prioritized and our tech will reaching you tomorrow. But nothing had changed till date.

This app is not showing basic information about profile,such as eating habits, birth star of profile.If it is showed,it will easy for them and everyone will get confidence,they will get premium membership also.This is the drawback of this app
