I've been playing my 2nd chance games on this app for several years and have had very few problems. But as of 6/21/19 I haven't been able to play a single game! I have 6 games ready to play but they won't load. I also have several other tickets to put in but haven't. I've tried entering the app in various ways and uninstalled/reinstalled the app which hasn't helped at all! I've emailed you about this and got no response. YOU SHOULD FIX YOUR APP OR TAKE DOWN! RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOR.💩

It won't ever let me login. No matter how many times I reset my password it ALWAYS says its wrong. I have absolutely had it with this app and am incredibly pissed that I can't enter my tickets into the 2nd chance drawing! I may actually contact the BBB!

When I select either play for prizes or try it's just blank. Haven't been able to play at all for a day or so. I've tried everything and nothing works. when a game should pop up it's just showing the background screen.

Ive played alot but for the last month i have been unable to play the bonus, all i get is a frozen screen. Once again i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app in hopes it will work..

Ever since March 24th update after I reveal a call letter I cannot select that letter on my card. I cannot play the game. So frustrating!

This app has dumped tons of my claims so that i wasnt in the drawing even tho i won entries and lots of them, wasted a lot of my time, also doesnt upload my entries to boise
