Not user friendly. Seems to frequently have an error with scanning tickets. You're also only able to scan a few tickets before the app can't function properly and keeps loading. It's better and easier to just take your tickets to the store to check. Could not be more disappointed with this app whose only reason for existing is to check and log lottery tickets. Waste of time evening having the app.

This app was good when it used to work...it was great using the scanner to check tickets for winners and submit for 2nd chance drawings and not have to manually enter them all. But now it's useless. Every time u try using it there is always a "communication error" and u can never actually submit any tickets to check for winners or to submit for the 2nd chance drawings. It's become a waste of phone memory. What actually does work can be easily done online instead of having to download an app.

The first time I used the app was a breeze, but that was where it ended. Since then, it's been "invalid barcode", so I go to manual entry, enter the proper digits (which are a different set of numbers than the official website) and I wait. And wait. And wait! I wait until I receive a "cannot connect to server" message, which is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING! Going to Uninstall & stick to using only the website. The app serves NO functional purpose.

I have been using the app for a long time & it's very useful except for the fact that it's kind of confusing when you're trying to look at up winners and it's constantly saying that there's connection issues when I try to scan my tickets so I'm spending an hour just to do something simple and I wish you guys would update it and fix the issues so I can easily navigate and play. App always been good but looks like your recent update messed things up. Ever since then I go to scan a ticket and it keeps loading and doesn't stop unless I back out of app completely. If I do get it to scan I can only do one ticket, back out, go back in and try another. Doesn't work every time though

I have to downloadona new phone but had on my iPhone. Worked great for me! Never had an issue scans and enters into second chance. I think the only con would be that you canonlyenter up to 10 tickets per day. I love the app though I don't know other user experiences but this app is amazing. I read their reviews and IDK maybe they weren't doing something right or their phone was messed up. Anyway great app sif you playsecond chance better than filling out those tickets and mailing in.

Scanning losers for second chance drawing never works..Have to open and close the app 5 times for each ticket because the app stops working each time you go to scan. Tried ininstalling app twice, checked for updates... nothing. Just doesn't work. Probably would be faster to manually type it in.
