Very unreliable. Did the test on three phones for one testkit simultanepusly. The results were wildly different (12, 24, 38)

Claptrap

There is no way of knowing if the app works before you have already spent the money - only to find the app doesn't work! The developer tells to check the app works first, but I cannot find a list of makes and models, nor there is a "test" mode. The idea is good: more convenient & seems to be easier to to use that a paper test was going to go with this company but I changed my mind. Uninstalling and going for the safer, paper with snail mail option.

This is not acceptable , next time you have to say to people that some devices are not supported before they try to buy your product. I need someone to help with this.

A four-year-old LG v20 and a seven-year-old Galaxy S5 will work but a brand new LG V60 won't? Between that and the fact that you only have two LG phones compatible at all makes me think you're shuning LG for some reason.
