You will probably need this if you own a Proscenic robot vacuum. App is slow, glitchy, not easy to use unless you have time to self explore and mess some settings up. Owned two models, the X1 and V10, thought they had issues but this app kind of have missing map issue. Considering to switch brand when budget allows as Im too tired to play troubleshooting with it, and with the 2 robots at home.

Great vacuum let down by an awful app. Frequent crashes/restarts and offline errors. Are the. developers actually listening?! Regret getting the M9. Should have stuck with Roborock and paid a bit more. Avoid at all costs.

Keeps force closing even after erasing data, cache and force stopping it. Robot also keeps having to create a new map every other time it runs. Bad app and bad product.

So far I haven't been able to connect my device to this app. I'm now having to wait for a friend to visit to see if it's me or if the device/app is faulty as I'm not as tech aware as I used to be.

Bought a new M8 Pro robot vacuum and it forces me to use this vs their older app to set it up. Well, it doesn't work on my Android or my husband's iPhone. Or the robot is faulty. Customer service has been slow and giving advice that doesn't help. This newer app isn't available as an option to pair to Proscenic for Google Home either. Just the old version.

I have a M8 Pro hoover and, overall, the app seems good at what it's supposed to do, with one significant exception: the map always slowly, gradually drifts between sessions. That means that after a week or two the hoover starts entering rooms it shouldn't, because according to the map, part of that room is now the hallway. The only "fix" is to reset the map or load an old one, but this shouldn't be necessary and defeats the points of the hoover, which are convenience and consistence.

The newest version of this app removed the ability to choose cooking temperature and time. Yes, I said that correctly. The buttons on the fryer itself are so bad I'm forced to use the app to cook things and now they also took away the ability to program those cooking settings. You need to choose from an arbitrorecipe and add pointless details just to be able to turn on and use the air fryer

This app does not work. I can login but cannot add my M7 Pro device. It previously worked on the old app but your upgrade has resulted in the old app not working either. Very unhappy!! Update - I've work with the technical team and they have tried to help fix the WiFi problem. Unfortunately, even they cannot fix a broken app. I now have none of the apps features I paid for, that previously worked before the upgrade.
