Absolutely dislike this app. On several occasions won't register an order so I reorder and end up with a duplicate. The location service is beyond frusterating. Twice now I have selected the location I want and it still sends the order to the location it feels is closer which applies if your in a plane not a car.

Update April. 1 - NO FIX FOR MY PROBLEM IN OVER A MONTH!! Still crashes every time I try to order. TERRIBLE! ------- After the most recent update this app has completely stopped working for me. When trying to place an order, if I try to enter info in any field requiring keyboard input, the app fails with "unknown error occurs". I've uninstalled multiple times. No good. Now I can't get my Cafe Rio!

I ordered delivery thru the app. It is easy to use. My only issue is that there is no place to leave instructions for the driver. I'm disabled, and have a hard time bending over. I leave instructions to put the food in a specific place when the app allows me. I did try to contact the driver after receiving a txt message from the service, but I don't know if it went thru. When I received the food, I had to get it from the ground because the only instruction was leave at door. Please fix this.

Used to be good but they recently redesigned it. And I know what you're thinking, that I just hate that everything is in a different spot. No actually I like that part of the redesign. So much clearer than the old one The part I hate is when you enter a card, whoever coded it messed up bad. It switches off numbers in the middle of typing, puts in double numbers, and when you delete, it deletes from the middle and not the end. You WILL spend 15 min entering your card alone.

Ordering is a nightmare. This is just a really bad wrapper around their website and if you navigate away it resets everything. Garbage. Honestly enough to make me second guess going there every time. Their rewards are likewise terrible. Scanning barcodes rarely works and entering them manually just gives errors about being offline despite being offline. Won't be using the app anymore and will be finding other places to get food. Clearly the company has no interest in quality.

I'm furious with this app. Been buggy so many times. Today I entered my order, put in coupon code, payment information, entered, showed that pick up time needed pushing back 10 min (fine with me), it showed me I had earned points for the order (so it must have gone through?), then it went back to the end order screen again but with no place to hit enter. I go to the store and it didn't go through. Destroyed my work break again and I'm crazy angry. I'm so done with all the IT issues.

Great food, but horrible online order functionality. The keyboard input changes when trying to enter credit card info so I constantly have to switch back to the numbers to make sure the input is correct. After triple checking the accuracy of my info, the app informs me my credit card info is incorrect. The reward tracking works, but the broken online order functionality means I can never enjoy the convenience of ordering online.

Clunky and buggy when it did work, the latest update prevents it from running on any custom ROM, so it won't work in LineageOS anymore, at least. I haven't bothered testing any other Android ROMs. The app doesn't check for root ( I don't have it rooted) it just looks for something else and fails, quitting immediately, locking me out of the $10 credit I have.
