I failed the trial test 3 times due to my speech quality. I tried recording them in my own voice recorder and they all sound clear. But they were all rejected. Then finally the helpdesk gave me access saying their system had a bug. A few days later, I received a project and it's a terrible experience. The invision app kept crashing for no reason even when I've finally reached the final stage, and it couldn't be saved. I need to start all over again! I've wasted 30 minutes of my life for nothing.

The whole process of submitting user surveys for rewards lacks transparency and accountability. After you have spent 20-30mins giving an honest and thorough review of their UIs, the best they can do is send you an automated message that their team will be reviewing your submission and a payout should be processed should it be of an acceptable quality. Update: I have received payment.

After quite some time not using UXArmy/UserAdvocate, I re-downloaded the app and find that it keeps listing UX tests on my profile that already have been completed which is frustrating. They'll appear as new available tests so I'll go through the screening process just to be told they've already received enough feedback. If the jobs aren't available, remove them from the app! Stop wasting testers' time and giving people false hope. Definitely wouldn't recommend this app.

No tests available immediately after I install the app. That does not make sense because I'm on the learning stage of an app, it's like saying the tutorial for a video game does not exist, or it's like saying there is no homework at all to be done at a highschool. It would make sense if there were no tasks to do after the tests.

I've earned and gained exceptional opportunities way more than I can imagine from this app, I did not believe at first since I thought it would be the same like the other app who promise good extra income but just fooling you to watch ads and download games, but this one is different, people who manage this are amazingly nice and easy to talk with, but just a precaution that this could not be a full time that you can substitute from your current work. I just wish they have full time too 😍

poor service! downloaded the app,logged in but couldn't take the trial test because it didn't show up on my app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling,deleting my account and starting all over again still no option for trial test. Sent an email and no response

Worst user testing app I have ever used. There support team never respond to any queries. I have this app installed for more than 2 months but never received a single test. There wasn't any clear instructions that I have to pass a trial test to become a tester. This app is really hopeless.
