One of the reasons I got this hot tub is because it came with an app, only to now find out that the app is not compatible with my Pixel 7, but is compatible with a Pixel 2?? That phone hasn't been supported for years, how has this app not been updated? @Intex, please fix this. What's the point of having an app for a product your currently selling if you can't even do the simple job of updating it for newer devices? It's not that hard, just update the SDK.

Such a bad app, but I was able to connect my Pure Spa to my WiFi network. I then use Home Assistant to control it. Ran into the "The network isn't connected, please connect to the network." issue which means ... your password is too long, of course ! WiFi network also needs to be 2.4GHz as other comments mention.

From my router, turned off 5Ghz wifi. Refreshed phone wifi. So it's on 2.4. Held pairing button on the control panel down for 5 seconds but could not tell if was in pairing mode, or sure how "slowly" wifi light was supposed to blink. To be sure I powered off the control panel by holding down the power icon. Turned it back on and attempted to add the spa from the phone app. Had to try a few times pushing the pairing button again 5 seconds. Finally the spa was found! Added it and all works.

First time this worked without issues and I could connect from anywhere on, or off my local network. One time the console lost connection (green wifi logo was suddenly off) never went on again. Cannot pair again through the app. Both from Iphone and Android after pairing again it stated: The search product failed. Please refresh. Tried different 2.4 Wifi on different routers and phones to no avail. Do not recommend!

It somewhat works, but it's unreliable. Big issues with initial registration, had to try multiple devices to register. Would not trust scheduling. Basic functions work but you have to go to the main menu (or logout), then come back for it to work to perform one function. You are a big company, try harder! This isn't even a Beta build, why make your customers resent you Intex?

Can't pair my spa with this app and my wifi. I tried everything possible. No luck. Looks like it tries to connect then it flashes rapidly 3 times again and again... I tried different phones, iOS and Android, different network settings, different distances, disabling 5ghz network, disabling mobile network, turning on airplane mode and WiFi on, tried different network passwords, different password encryption(WPA2 and WPA3). Nothing helped. :(

2022 model Still no way to connect a heat pump to the Intex inflatable hot tubs. And Still nu uv filter option. They are not innovating anymore. Those are two important features. With an optional heat pump connection you could heat up faster and much much cheaper then the current 2000w resistor heater!!! They could put side connectors to the in and output flows of the machine with a T connector. Maybe 2023.

Was unable to create account but finally got it! I kept receiving 'not connected to network error'. I then tried to create account on an iPad with the same values and received an error message that the password I was entering was too long. I attempted again on my android device with a shorter password and it worked. Hope this helps someone else.
