It's not at all good app every time not working properly actually it's developed for not supporting thumb persons and helth ussue persons but while taking picture the pensioner have to blink their eyes but but they are not able to blink, full bedridden how it is possible some of the old persons like 80 90 years old people having very small eye they can't able to blink their eyes it's ver bad experience about this app.......

Worst app ever, and ever from ap government, please give login through opt or finger print authentication system, or any other types to login, this type of login takes longer time to login, and if we get hair cut or any the system login not working at any more........ Too wort app ever

Best for fingerprint failure persons. & bedridden patients.. Eyes blinking is very slow sometimes.. It would be better to improve for face recognition

This App is Allowed to Give Pension when it fails to authenticate in Other manners. But last month we are unable to give the pension using all the Apps though the pensioner is available. Whenever we are trying in other types its saying try in RBIS. When we come to open in RBIS its not showing pensioner name. No Techical support from both the DRDA & RBIS team. We are unable to find the persons added in RBIS App.

The app is very user friendly. I was easily able to register all my beneficiaries without the fear of catching corona.

App is really Good, but the callcernter guys are really worst and they don't have proper knowledge on the app. And they don't even respond properly to the customers.....

A good initiative by ANDHRAPRADESH government. And app was also excellent using the latest technologies which is the future. Hoping more like these to come in near future which helps people.

Good app for Bedridden pensioners.some times blinking of eyes can't be by them. If only face recognition it will be the best.
