This service has made my life so much easier. PROs: App is simple and easy to use, pricing is affordable, the timing of pickup and drop-off is convenient, contactless option, they're careful with my clothes, the bags and tags they provide make it even easier, so much saved time, the communication and reliability are spot on. CONs: It doesn't make me any better about putting my clean clothes away at home. :)

I live in a old walk-up building on a high 2nd floor without laundry facilities. I have a walking disability, so I find this service extremely helpful. I been a customer for 3 months with 3 pick-ups and deliveries. I not only find it extremely useful, this services does an excellent job in washing, folding clothes and providing the pick-up and deliver services. Each time I've had different delivery person and all are friendly and provide nothing but positive interactions. I recommend them!

So far so good after the first try. Will try again. Better then others I've used in regards to communication, speed of pick up and delivery, and most importantly for me- having multiple ways of cleaning items. Update- Still a great experience after 3 months. No issues and fast turnaround. The app is easy and well made. I also really like how rinse communicates to users.

This service is very easy to use and has helped so much during COVID-19. I simply schedule a pickup, put my bags outside and get a no touch pickup with confirmation. Drop off is just as easy with photo confirmation. The receipt is itemized, breaking down dry cleaning by item and wash/fold by weight. The prices may seem high but when you normally use a laundromat: Soap + washing + drying + folding + drive time = One button in Rinse app (so worth it!)

I have been using Rinse for a few years now. What a great service! They really make things easier with their simple pick up and drop off . My items always come back clean and labeled, whether they are dry cleaned or washed. They have saved me so much time and have become a regular part of my household routine. I would recommend to everyone!

Rinse is a huge time saver for me. I have back problems and struggle to do my laundry because of it. I have the Rinse Repeat Plus subscription which is totally worth the extra $10 per month. I've never had any problems with my laundry or the app. It's a little bit annoying that you have to pay extra to hang dry items, like $7 for 1 blouse. And you can only have your items picked up/dropped off between 8pm-10pm, which isn't a problem for me but might be for some people.

Using the app is easy and everything makes sense. I have had to change drop off information and reconcile a payment before without having to call in. I have also had a couple of moves and switching locations was a breeze. The service that Rinse provides is absolutely wonderful in my experience!

Brings laundry to the 21st century. They have an online account, a website where you can manage all your orders, an app, a text message based customer service ... Particularly the customer service is impressive, maybe the best I ever experienced. No waiting on the phone, no robots - just text, with real, quickly responding, friendly and accommodating humans. In the few cases where something went wrong, like some stains remained, I just sent a photo and they arranged a free special cleaning.
