app is great but not seeing the Halloween features. both app and car are up to date. I see the in car features but none of the cool stuff that are accessed from the app. I've tried clearing cache, force stopping, pause/unpause. none of it works. don't want to reinstall because I'm seeing people having their settings get messed up from doing that.

The feature to upload pictures or images of issues with the service request is awful. It constantly fails, never lets me upload a video, and half the time only lets me upload a single photo per ticket. So I have to create multiple tickets just to convey information entirely. Then, the reps always call me and say the uploads didn't go through and I have to create even more tickets. Do better Rivian, I know you can.

I wish they would support android auto, the built in navigation / entertainment sucks I understand the need to show chargers but it doesn't work well either. until you get to the level ot Tesla's infotainment let us use our phones!

Decent app. Better than 99% of any other automotive app aside from Tesla. You need to be able to view gear guard videos remotely or better yet stream cameras live from the app.

Constantly going up to my car and the doors will not unlock until I physically go and open. The app. Does not happen ever with my Tesla's.

The app completely stopped working on my Pixel phone. Phone as a key no longer works, and I can't remote control the car anymore. My phone works fine with my Tesla so it's clearly on Rivian's end. Please fix this, especially as you're not providing key fobs anymore

Like all the supported features and updates to the truck. (Fixed) However, still pulling the same owner's guide from Jan 2023 version instead of the latest version with the new features. I was hoping the alarm control is on this latest version 2.13 but no.

Clunky iOS port. UI elements block buttons and it failed to authorize the charger the first several times. I had to create an account (no sso option) where I enerered my credit card. Then once I got into the app it required me to enter the credit card in AGAIN but I struggled because UI elements were blocking buttons. This is a pixel 9 Pro guys. Do better.
