The idea is very novel. Implementation not so much. Having had the device for over 2 months it may be my installer but i cant open or lock my doors without using the app. Plus there is no instructions on the use of the app, so trial and error. Cant figure out how to share car with anyone so this for now is a fail. They have a good concepte just need a better installers. Now my car won't lock or unlock with key fob. And my fan for AC won't turn off.

I had a few problems with the alarm but the company did everything they could to help. I eventually got it all dialed in and am very happy with the alarm. I recommend you find an installer before purchasing because most installers won't touch it because they don't know the product. If you don't hook up the relays properly it will cause damage to the module so make sure to check diode direction. Keep app locked open and battery optimization off or engine may shut off while driving.

App keeps fouling as sleep on the background doesn't work for me. I'm frustrated with it. I reached out for help, but I never heard from mobokey. Still don't work. I did everything I was told by Support Center, and even another device stay away from this product. Weeks after getting in contact, no more answer from mobokey. I guess they got to the end of trying to fix fouling as sleep app problems bad 👎 choice this is trash.

Finicky at best. As I'm near my car it is constantly locking and unlocking. Even when I'm driving. And I can't shut the car off when it's locked. I have to open the app, tap the unlock button then I can shut the car off. I think it's a range thing. Not worth the hassle.

The app is a real pain. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall to unlock doors. No override, no real solution... tech is not always better. What is wrong with turning a key? Currently locked out as unlock won't work. Can lock it fine, but to unlock been waiting over an hour for rental agency to figure out.

It doesn't work on proximity call support and they said the app needed to be updated. Said I'd have update on Monday and still haven't received it. I also had to buy a converter to get this installed my car is digital which all new cars nowadays are, the Mobokey is analog which cost me an extra $200. I wish this was disclosed when I ordered.

If I can give it -10, I will. thru Turo, I was told this is not used, but every morning, I can not start the car. Had to install this app, unlock the car, the rental guy came to uninstall, and the next morning, the car all froze again. Also, this doesn't work without the Internet. Drove down Hwy1, no Internet. stuck for 6hours before rescued. We don't need this as tourists and have this hanging over us and wondering if our car will start. If your rental uses this, dump immediately.

Frankly, I love this product. It's great at a third or less of the Viper solution and no cloud involvement. The company has been VERY helpful. The most important is that this will NOT disable the wheel lock. You have to remove the harness from the ignition for tha app to work 100%.
