downloaded it..trying to set up for the installer to come out. I knew before the installer knew that the app wasnt working. after trying to send ID five different times, he found out the app was having technical issues... you think..sheesh. after reading some reviews, I decided to forget Cincinnati bell and go with Spectrum.

Not accurate. It claims the current download speed is 90mbps. However I'll literally trying to download something right now that's only 241mb and it's estimated to take 3 HOURS

i fell in my house after calling cinti bell for phone services no phone but my daughter taken me to hospital and im really mad as hell no phone had to use another like now i will call bbb and add this pls stop taking review down bc this is my personal experience and im mortified! they told me 5pm now i call they say 5-8:30 Retaliation right? phone not on pd for 2 mos. so very disappointed.
