• 로그인: MyRXNT를 다운로드하고 실행한 후, 적절한 계정 유형을 선택하고 RXNT 데스크톱 환자 포털(https://app2.rxnt.com/phr/)에 사용하는 것과 동일한 사용자 이름과 비밀번호로 로그인해야 합니다. 로그인할 수 없는 경우 담당 의료기관에 직접 문의하세요!

the update removed pictures from encounter notes ☹️ opened a case with support, still no help.

The app just doesn't work. Sure download it if you just want to be super annoyed. It worked once. Always says invalid username and if you try to reset or retrieve it then you have invalid email. I have canceled the account reregistered only to be back in this cycle. It just doesn't work. Truly no stars.

It would be a lot easier when I logged on to an app on my phone that it would automatically pull up every single time I have to type in all my information and I'll change my password multiple times you need to fix this the knowing the whole reason to have an app on your phone is so that you can have access to it not go through a lot of trouble to reset everything on it every single time you log on thank you

I would give a higher score if I could actually get into the app. However, no matter what I'm doing, I can't get into the silly app! ALREADY TALKED WITH DOCTORS OFFICE, SAID WOULD NEED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT, SOUND LIKE THE BUCK JUST GETTING PASSED BACK AND FOURTH, NO BODY IS WELLING TO ACTUALLY HELP!!

Problems trying to send message for several days. A month later it shows I have unread message and that my provider disabled messaging which neither were true just got off the phone with them.

The app is trash. The app doesn't allow you to fill out Intake Form or any forms that my doctor's office wants me to fill out. Please save yourself the hard ache and use another app that works properly.
