I am not sure the developer will read all the reviews. I hope it's good if he/she can read. A basic App to track person during quarantine. Works better with Xiaomi mobile, but less help from messaging services (back office). During the first installation app was crashed and took time to reboot and reinstall. I doubt whether this app capable to serve its purpose.

It kicks me out of the app and it closes on its own to Takes alot of time to signed back in. Also it would be nice to be notified when our messages are answered

Had to use this for house arrest. When it worked, it was great! Couldn't sign in one day and then the link in email after requesting new password does nothing. So far, tech support can do nothing about it. Now I have a Scram bracelet on for the remainder of time. Which in turn costs me twice as much each day.

App crashed during hotel quarantine have tried to reset the password 10 times now without success. System does not tell you if password has been updated or not. No help function or contact details. When searching on Web limited details outside the USA. System does not update password so cannot use.

It takes my Temperature and know where I keep my phone. At home. Like a landline. Uses your data and doesnt reimburse your $$. Make sure turn off all background battery and data usage.. put app in deep sleep mode.

Service is fine, but I can confirm that the app sucks. Had to uninstall and reinstall when it just stopped responding to the sign-in button. Multiple attempts, force stop, nothing made it work.

This App is one of most pathetic tool have come across. Trying to log in since morning several time ! But not working. Not sure who are the developers and is someone reading these reviews and making them change ! Frustrated !!!!!

Kept dropping out, had to reload onto phone on a daily basis or just after using the app.
