Cumberland 311 is a free download for your mobile device and is designed to improve how the Town of Cumberland delivers services within the community. This app empowers citizens to conveniently identify non-emergency concerns (potholes, illegal dumping, graffiti, etc.) and report them to Town personnel so they can be resolved. Requests will automatically include the location. You can also submit pictures regarding your request, which will allow the Town to respond with the correct resources.
