Aweful app deactivates everytime I try to set a lock code now. It was working but want as smooth and suddenly didn't work at all then the battery keeps saying it's low in a matter of days. Really disappointed. The app now asks for an account for every user but I can't even get a code for myself. Before I set them up and provided codes to family and service staff, now it's useless as nothing is working. It was simply an expensive lock at this point. Get the software right! Is very frustrating :(

Can someone fix this app? Every single time I open the app it crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the exact same issue! I have sent multiple crash logs. What is the point of the app if it doesn't work? Can I get my money back from the item where this app is needed? Total bs!

Works with 1 camera just fine. When you use 2 cameras and switch to another, it is stuck in a loop of "establishing an encrypted channel" and will not work anymore. Please fix it.

It works fine. My biggest gripe is the minutes field is a scroll wheel like an old iPod instead of open numeric text. And the confirm button is misspelled "confrim".

1 camera, works better than expected, affordable works well, pans a bit slow however camera panning is sluggish, possibly due to remoteness of operator or connectivity. happy 4 months thus far.
