I was double. charged after it said it was free for that week. I tried to cancel my subscription it wouldn't let me I spoke to customer services about it and they prolonged it for month whilst it was still taking money from me every month to the point where it has been just under a year and they still haven't done it. I threatened them with taking it to authorities as I don't want to be stuck paying it for the rest of my life and they just sent me emails saying I will receive a refund. big lie

Pretty good and I know they do so much already but the amount of new content per month isn't worth it. I'd consider waiting a year, signing up for a month then watching it back. Especially when the content they're releasing atm is extra content from a service that requires a seperate subscription, pretty poor tbh.

Great app. worth the money. 1 thing though, let it play when the screen is off because I like listening to the sidecast when out and the phones in my pocket. Edit: you can play it with the screen off now

Great content! But the app could have a better interface/layout. A couple features that can enhance the app experience would be; forward reverse 10sec button, a "videos watched/not watched" filter, automatic play next video. As an avid watcher of sidemen it'd be nice if I could also favorite some videos. Decent app overall! 3 stars for app 4 stars for content

I really love the sidemen and love the side+ content. However, there has been a consistent bug that makes watching sidecast impossible. If I click on the sidecast option to watch one it will enter a loading screen that never loads. The only way I can watch sidecast is if it's up in the banner.

As i can see, there's enough content for the monthly subscription, you probably won't regret it. I have a different problem though. For me, it's 10.99€/month, which I have enough funds to pay for, but my card keep getting declined. I will edit this if i figure out what is wrong, but from right now i can guess that certain cards are not allowed and it's not specified which. I know the content is good, just because it's sidemen, but extra, just wish i could buy it.

The content itself is amazing. Just a few problems with the app. I cant download certain videos, like they just won't download for whatever reason. But others will? Not sure why that happens but it does. Sometimes when I click off the app after pausing a video and come back onto the app the video won't play from where I was before, instead it'll play from the beginning. Just a few problems, but other then that the app is quite good!

Great content, i love the sidemen and love all the bts stuff. my only problem is with the app itself. my first issue is that I can't listen with the screen off like I can podcasts on spotify, I would love if they would make this a feature. my second problem is I can't pause the videos with the controller on my earphones, which makes it very annoying if I want to quickly pause it to talk to someone etc. also being able to change the video quality would be good. a bit disappointed.
