Stored credit is difficult to navigate and retrieve for top up. App is designed to lead subscribers to pay first all the way. If I give no stars, I would. Very unuser friendly.

Heya billing is a mess..I can't even send screenshot during live chat app..If I make double payment, the plan will not be extended..Time to port to new provider.

Once you miss the expiry date, you are unable to top up from the app. We need to top up from the retail store. Very inconvenience!

Was working fine for 2 days. But suddenly cannot log in. Keep getting 'enter a valid 8 digit Heya number'! And I never top up my Heya account but suddenly received a sms that I have successfully top up $10!

Really troublesome with this app. Everytime I open the app everytime need to generate otp and input. One time log in then next time just open the app should be ok

Such an annoying app! Each and every time when I go to the app to check my data balance, I have to type down the phone number and input the otp even though I DID NOT log out from the app! I wish whoever the smart developer is to fix this! Please check out the hi!app and get thing done without annoying your app user. Thank you From a very frastrated user.
