에쿠스틱 오디오의 사용자 셀프 개인 맞춤 HD100 어플리케이션은 스마트폰과 연동하여 개인 맞춤 값을 사용자가 스스로 설정할 수 있는 기능을 지원합니다.



“개인맞춤 설정하기” 탭을 선택하시면, 개인 맞춤 테스트를 자동으로 진행하거나 프리셋 설정값을 수동으로 선택할 수 있습니다.



“홈 화면” 탭에서는 환경 모드를 통해 주위 환경에 알맞은 모드를 선택하여 사용할 수 있습니다.



“레스토랑 (Restaurant) 모드”는 앞사람과의 대화에 집중하고 싶을 때, “엔터테인먼트 (Entertainment) 모드”는 음악/콘서트를 감상할 때 사용하시면 더욱 편안한 소리로 들으실 수 있습니다.



“이퀄라이저” 탭에서는 음량 (볼륨) 및 고(高)/중(中)/저(低) 음역대 증폭도를 사용자가 수동으로 조절할 수 있습니다.



“도구” 탭에서는 제품의 음성 언어를 변경하거나 A2DP 기능 활성화를 설정/해제할 수 있으며, 제품 사용 설명서를 확인할 수 있습니다.

My previous review is out of date. Let's start over. I have been a satisfied user of CS50+ devices for about 4 years. I wound up using sort of plain vanilla settings, but I can hear voices much better when I have put the devices on. I do depend on the CS Customizer app. Now version 1.6.0 will not run at all. I can't say if this version previously worked. I tried to run the app to check settings and it doesn't work. I have done all the drastic steps for Android apps that crash, but no change.

Device had been working ok as long as you don't have a lot of background noise, but now the app continues to crash and I can't link the devise to my phone. I uninstalled the app and tried reinstalling, but now I get a message that the app was built for an older version of Android and may not work properly. No updates available. This message did not appear when I got the devise for Christmas, & I have the same Galaxy 9 Note. Too late to return now.

App is simple, but works fine on Android smartphone. Ear pieces mostly pretty good, worth the cost. Had trouble updating app, but after uninstall & reinstall, it works fine again. Do personal hearing test for best results. Equalizer and other functions work well. One fully charged battery doesn't last full day -- dawn to night -- need 2 for that. One lasts 12-15 hours. Bluetooth connects to most devices. Still having trouble with PC, though; prefer earphones with microphone anyway.

I got the CS device today (4/7/21). Downloaded the app. My android phone says it is connected via Bluetooth. The device reports, via audio, that it is connected. I bring up the app. Its screen says to "tap on 'No Hearing Device' below and pick a device from the list". The tap (right or left ear) gets a popup saying "No hearing device". That's it. The app. does nothing else. The phone and the device know they are connected. The phone streams an audio book just fine to the device. When I turn off Bluetooth on the phone, the device (via audio) reports that the connection was lost. The CS device itself appears to function properly, it is just the app. that is failing. I have a Moto G Plus, running Android 8.1.0. *Update*(4/9/21). I got the app. to work on my Android phone . Here is what I did. I turned off Bluetooth. I turned on location (I'm not sure this had anything to do with it). I removed the battery from the CS50. I brought up the app. I turned on Bluetooth. I installed the battery on the CS50. I waited a bit, touched "Right Ear" in the app, and it found the CS50. I don't know if the order of these events were important. Now even with the battery out, and Bluetooth off, the app has remembered my device. Now I give the device and app. 5 stars, with an aside: "the app. was hard to get working for me".

Unable to select either HD-100 on my Pixel 4 XL running Android 11. This app worked well in past on my prior android phones (Pixel 2XL, Nexus). Contacted Sound World Solutions, who seemed to be aware their app does not work with some android phones. Followup promised, but nothing. Update 6/18/24 CS Customizer 1.6.4 still does not work!!!

I own 2 pairs of the HD75 hearing aids. I swap out occasionally. This time the swapped set wouldn't pair with bluetooth. So, I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it doesn't work all. I noticed it is new version. Called CS CUSTOMIZATION. ???? What is this all about?

I have an older version of the HD-100 and had not used the devices in a while. Had uninstalled the app. Trying to install the app but every time I get to the allow location access window it freezes on me.

The app won't let me select no-device for the second ear. It's stuck on the choice screen so it is literally useless right now. It looks like this problem has been around for a year so I don't have much faith in this company in the future.
