This app is a disaster plaguing an otherwise ok NVR. The older versions of the app worked decently, the current ones removed connection options, gained instability, lost connection reliability, and added a nag screen to "please review our app!". Well, I did. It's garbage. Lose the nag screen, add back the ability to connect to a domain. Make it so it remembers my NVR -every- time I open the app.

Disaster experience if I had another option I wouldn't think even for a second. This app makes me crazy , I have to check my store camera on my Android Note9 phone more than 30 times a day and every single time yes every single time must Close the app from the main page (took at few seconds) and wait at least 30 seconds otherwise can't find the store name in Device list. Basically it's so annoying and really waste my time every time. Hope they are smart enough to solve this problem.

Absolute garbage. This company has 6 different apps for their camera systems with ZERO explanation of what app goes with what device. Apparently they don't bother fixing the problems with the app they currently have, they just abandon it and come out with a new app that doesn't work either. Brilliant

Terrible app. Worthless. Garbage. I would give zero stars if I could. What the heck is the point of even having this app when it NEVER works. It really sucks to pay a good amount if money for a system, get it installed, and the have an AWFUL app. I can never see my cameras on the app if I am away from home, and when I am IN my home, I have to shut it down every time I want to see anything. WHAT THE HECK! Speco needs to get on top of things. I mean geez, the $99 Ring doorbell app is 1000X BETTER

This app sucks! Very seldom ever works right and it says cameras off line more than anything. Wish I could give it 0 starts. Not only does the app suck..... the company does also, they use the cheapest equipment that they can get and charge premium prices.

The software final worked... there must have been an unannounced update... now that I purchased a new smart phone I'm starting all over again and can't get this software to work even scanning or manually entering the IP address. so frustrating.

I've had nothing but positivity with my outside cameras. So relieved to be able to see what's going on around my home. The cameras have served to deter aspects of criminal activity as well. I plan to add additional cameras in the near future. I must add that setting up the camera playback on other devices is perplexing & caused me to have to ask for someone to come to my home to do this task. Thus, I was charged an unreasonable fee. This is the sole negative component I've experienced to date

I had trouble with this app for a long time. I could not get it to access my cameras. I called the company and found out I could email for tech help. The person I worked with was extremely helpful. He helped me figure out that my problem was due to my Xfinity pod use. Once I ran a direct cat5 cable to my router the problem was solved. He also let me know there is an updated app, Speco Silver. Works great now. Jrg
