Love the App especially when booking an appointment as it will really save you time in the end. Also, if you live in Bossier City/Shreveport area and your unsure on who to see I strongly Recommend Emily with the Airline Location as she will give you the results you want and need without leaving you regretting a thing, trust me on that one+++ Her Fade, Texturing, Blending, and Skills with the Scissors is on Point, especially if you have difficult to maintain hair like mine. She's worth it+++

This app is very convenient and easy to use. I would recommend allowing users to see the stylists in the schedule at least for today but ideally this week. That would be helpful to plan around my schedule when I want to arrive when my favorite stylist is going to be working.

This is by far the worst app I've ever dealt with. I signed in said 2 hour wait I showed up 2 hours later and weren't even signed in had to wait another 2 hours. Just today trying to sign my grandson in couldn't do it had to drive there sign him in then leave and go back in 2 hours. Why bother having the app? Even as I write this review I'm staring at the spinning circle of death smfh.

Excellent atmosphere, Excellent personalities, Excellent conversation, 0 wait time (am). Carlie is the person who cut my hair and she is an Excellent Stylist! I'm sure others are good but I'm happy and will be a repeat customer.

It's a great app. The only thing I would add is having the option to change your stylist after you've made your appointment, instead of having to cancel and make a new one, what takes you all the way back on the "waiting line"

📢 Get on board and fix this app! This app is useless and is a waste of time! It will not automatically check me in when everything is properly set up as location, etc! The employees always ask if we have checked in online when entering the store when the app should auto check me in based on my location! The app used to work properly to some degree! This is what happens when you go with the cheapest bidder!

I downloaded because there is a sport clips near my house. Thought would be nice to kill some of the wait time at home. The app never works though. I am not logged in when I get to the store. I hate it! I am swapping, done with sport clips, the selling point for Sport Clips was potential for no waiting in store. This app kills that so F-U to them Done

Review of app (not the service) The most recent version of this app is unusable garbage. It wants me to turn on device accuracy which is a massive battery drain. If you decline, it just keeps prompting you every 5 seconds and never does anything useful. Absolute rubbish
