Worked once, now GARBAGE! I used the app once worked great, then trying to log in it just shows the car doing a donut saying "Let's go!" on an infinite loop. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, now the app just refuses to let me sign in, guess I'm just going back to ExxonMobil unless they fix these issues.

Garbage app. I'm writing this review as I'm pumping gas. I've tried to use this app multiple times at multiple locations and the app doesn't work and says I need to be closer to the location when I'm at the gas station. I'm supposed to save 3 cents per gallon but it only worked ONCE. It frustrates me to a point where I'd just fill elsewhere. Update: it still sucks. It won't let me log in. It's such a waste of time to save 3 cents off a gallon. It's just a gimmick to get you to download this app

Garbage app. It constantly logs you out for no particular reason and then has "authentication issues" when you try to log back in. Don't even bother trying to link your back account either, I've tried 5 times now and the process has failed every time. Sunoco clearly has put as little effort as possible into this app.

Can't link checking account for additional discounts. Customer support is an absolute joke. The people who answer the phone can barely speak English and fail to grasp the situation over and over and over. Giant waste of time don't bother. Get your fuel somewhere else.

Have tried for a month to add my Sunoco rewards card as payment. Talked to reps here and in India, no one can help. Keep getting a message card couldn't be added. Call customer service. No help. Terrible app. Worse than garbage and so is support! Update, got our new cards and thought OK let's give the app another shot. Nope, the car just keeps spinning and spinning. Worse than garbage app!

Reading all the past reviews, I decided to try the app since Pennsylvania turnpike only has sunoco stations. App installed, credentials worked nicely. Trying to add pay method bank ach, no go! Tried several times, declined. Update: 9/24 I reinstalled the app. First I shut off the apps that are constantly running in background except for critical apps. Restarted my android, logged in to my online bank. Turned off 2fa authentication. Setup sunoco app, put in bank data. Added SUCESS! Worked at pump

App never gets past the initial screen after log in...been trying for like a year..sad. They need to allocate more money for IT services.

Worst app I've tried in a long time. Maybe works once out of every ten tries. Constantly says I'm not at a station when I'm at the gas pump. Tried giving it precise location permission with no luck. Get gas somewhere else. Don't use this trash app.
