This app charges quite more price for the food items than the original price of the restaurant. Whereas, other delivery services are providing at the same price as of the restaurant. Initially I used Taste to order food for their good delivery services, but when the above mentioned fact was revealed, now I try to avoid using this app to pay extra.

Worst customer service ever!! I placed an order of an item which costed me Rs 53 more than the actual (Rs 160), still it was ok for me and I made online payment. But after 20 min I received a call from the Taste cust care that they have mistakenly priced by 10 rs less and they will cancel the order. And asked to reorder it and pay by cash and they will refund after 24 hrs with a rude voice. Only after I threatened to report to consumer forum, they refunded back immediately. Uninstalling the app.

The food is always delivered hot and at time. The delivery boys take nice care of hygiene. It is very nice app and mostly all the restaurants are available. even when I order food from restaurants that are far from my house the food is delivered very fast. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Can You people please let me know why there is service charge with delivery charges in your App... There are thousands of delivery organization's present in the market but only you people add service charge with delivery charge which is unacceptable.... Thanks for providing such services but in my point of view you people are cheating with general public...

Everything is good,but please think about the service charge.Please don't calculate service charge with the delivery charge. If you do this more and more people will use this application. Try to maintain delivery time.
