The worst app. It doesn't work properly. Even though the credentials are correct it doesn't allow to login. Check in and check out option are working sometimes and sometimes not. Every alternate day we need to raise the ARs. Does TCS team performs all the testing scenarios properly?

Very worst app,when I was forget my password I give the forget password it's shows Username after filling of username it will directly return to the main page,it doesn't show any thing I tried more than 20 times It act as same .

Deserve 0 rating everyday facing glitches error for login and logout. waste of time and waste of money TCS is only Brand name only. better to buy from other brand .it's such a headache with waste of money nonsense out dated app. developer need to improve their service. Every company should think twice before buying any app from TCS.

It is okay for now. It glitches alot. Even after logging out, it does not read the check out. Every now and then I get attendance missed, even when I perfectly remember not miss checking out.

Totally fullish app. When I did forget password and try to genrate new password he did not complete process . Very complicated and faltu app.

TCS Chroma developers don't bother to reply on the issue faced by the user. I am giving 1 rating bcoz of this only. I am not able to use fingerprint login option. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
