Scaling issues on Samsung devices, you would expect it to work properly on popular devices? No. Also rotating the screen is forbidden, I have a tablet with strap but it only can hang upside down, and the picture stays upside down. (rotation turned on of course) Update available yay! You would expect the issues fixed? No. Only promotion in your face with a countdown button. At this point, I'll just buy a Raspberry Pi and build a cam system myself.

The human detection is very bad. Many times the camera does not detect anything, even though there is someone to detect. But sometimes it gets triggered by flying insects so its very strange. The app does not give notifications in real time and the siren is way too loud to be used (no volume adjustment). Would be nice if the customer can train the camera to recognise what is a human and what not, due to many false calls related to insects or light change.

I have three Wi-Fi cameras that do not automatically reconnect when the internet is interrupted. They require a reboot to reconnect to Wi-Fi, which is very frustrating throughout the day. I'm very disappointed that this feature is not available on the Tenda cameras, especially since I have three other cameras from Trueview that do not have this issue.

Updates are just splashing cloud storage advertising all over everything that you cannot disable. Tried going into settings and disabling splash ads, whatever that is, but they are still in every screen. shameful abuse of the update mechanism that the developer should revert.

The last version got a ton of agressive cloud storage ads. Although you can disable the splash screen, there is a lot of other annoying popups and banners. I would better use the previous version

Doesn't work in split-screen mode, Which is disruptive to multitasking. No android tv app support. I feel cheated after getting the camera because it handicaps the user from versatility; trouble accessing the camera through Browser too. Im forced to use more devices and divert my attention because of Tenda's software designs low quality. Bad experience.

Very bad experience because I'm using tenda wifi router to connect the camera with wifi but camera is not ping & denied to connect now i call the retailer he said some tenda wifi router of three itena is not supported the camera now use 2 intena router now I change the router now issue is resolve but I spent 13 $ extra to change the router
