I have been using this app since shortly after it started. It's motivating in a way I haven't experienced before, and I'm seeing clear progress. I started with a beginner bodyweight program and am now using the intermediate program with dumbells at home. The many articles and interactions with Arnold, Daniel, and Adam are incredibly informative and have improved my technique. Members cheer each other on. It's amazing. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing app! The workouts and fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle advice is the best. This app makes it like Arnold is your personal trainer along with his team, who are all experts in their fields. This app has helped me stick to working out and eating right longer than any other program I've tried in my entire life. I'm not only seeing results, but I'm also building lasting, good habits, which is the part that a lot of programs miss. This app is the best $10 a month I've ever spent!

This app has been fantastic for me! I have worked out off and on since I was 18. I wish this app existed then. Now, at 60, this app has forced me out of my comfort zone and bro workouts. Great workouts, positivity, motivation, and coaching. If you do the reps, you will see the results physically and feel them mentally!

There are a lot of fitness apps out there, but only one has Arnold Schwarzenegger who is arguably the beat ambassador for health and fitness there is!!! This app has excellent workouts and videos for each exercise. The articles are backed with science, not fluff. And the community of users is fantastic. I can't say there are even many bugs to speak of in the app itself. The habit tracker is awesome as well. I highly recommend trying this app over any of the others.

One of the best workout/mindset apps you can join. The workouts are intense but satisfying in a way that you know you've done it right, coupled with how to videos with Arnold, Daniel, and Adam, to show how the exercise is preformed properly. The articles are great as well, not just updates on the village, but also for your mind set on how to go about your day and how to be useful. I've recommended this app to more than one person and will continue to do so. Let's lift up the world!

I love the programs and the material that is available. The linked videos for every workout are great. I do wish there were some options in between a bodyweight program and gym equipment. I just workout at home work dumbells so I don't always feel like I have enough weight. With the alternate exercises, I'm able to make it work. Also the app can be a little buggy. Sometimes I'll open the app and it will have logged me off and try to start from scratch. Closing and reopening fixes it.

I've had some good workouts and am trimming up. Just started my phase 2 yesterday. That said, the sets need a little more description. Are the lunges alternating for a total of 12 or is that 12 each leg for a total of 24. I've been doing the latter. Most is self explanatory, but anything alternating should differenciate. Good stuff so far.

Such a positive app & group to be a part of. You can adjust the workouts based on either goal of mass gaining or cutting. Both build strength in 2 different ways. The interactive articles that allow for comments and replies from the author (including Arnold himself). It covers every aspect of health -- strength, nutrition, mental health, and interesting stories from their background in a relative and relatable way. I have done various programs through other apps and sites, but this one is 10/10
