Very irritating app for following points. 1. If we gone outside so we can't off notifications. This is very irritating. 2. Many times it takes too longer time for receive notification then you expect and whole time faces your guest hassle in front of gate. I suggest don't use it till they improve services..

The application updated it to some version this morning and since then has crashed. Android prompts that the application has a bug and will not start till a version upgrade is provided. Pls help

We bought REALME C1 brand new phone with latest OS & features for using Gatekeeper app but some features are not working like unable to lock the app properly.. We are unable to return the product & ADDA doesn't have solution for this which is not acceptable..

I updated to Android 12 today and since then the app is not opening. Google says there is a bug in the app - now I cannot use the app and hence cannot let any visitor / delivery man inside the apartment.

Third class app. I did forget password. Got temporary password in mail. Upon signing in through temporary password, app is logging in an them immediately logging me out. Tried so many times. A big thumbs down.👎👎👎👎👎

I want to use this app for society members movement and outsiders entry and exit control under the prevailing condition of virus spread physical pass system is bit riskier I have downloaded your app and wanted to use it it for time entry of visitor but your app is asking for OTP I am not able to understand what is that if you can provide solution on this then I can even raise the rating of your app thanks
