Confusing interface 😱. Seems like it can do a lot of clever stuff (hence a generous 2 🌟), it's just incredibly confusing figuring out what's going on, as it's very far from straight forward, and I gave up -tried twice (for me it's really worth zero 🌟...). In 'Dashboard', you see an electricity price graph, no dashboard? In 'Explore' I see the same price graph again?? -just to give one example of confusion, and that's before even getting started! Could do with a serious UX overhaul.

Once again this app has a severe problem after an update. It is not able to start, it just tells it needs location access but informs it not able to fetch the location. The app is already granted location access and location is turned on.

Fine app to track electricity prices for my own electricity provider. Recommended it to others, now all happy daily users. One of them also uses the app to charge his Tesla at the best time. Excellent support from the team behind, when I had an issue with changing electricity provider. Turns out that field can be blocked from being changed once a paying partner is used. Account must be deleted and created anew. With the app being free of charge, that's fine with me. FAQ could be expanded.

Always nice when people try to fix something that isn't broken, and then make it even worse.. Update: App shows that the electricity price is 0,- kr in my area, which ofc is wrong. Have started double checking everything with another app.

I have absolutely zero tolerance for aplications that can not handle login credentials. If it takes 30min from signup to a working account then say so. If you can not handel passwords with more than 12 characters ... say so! Don't pretend I have forgotten my password or email. I just signed up! I feel betrayed. If you can't handel the basics why should I trust you with my information?

Was a good app. Unfortunately, no longer working after the last update. It shows 'Please wait. It can take a couple of minutes to load' message for hours. Can't be used anymore.

Horrible interface and it's not user friendly. No real good overview of your usage nor total cost. It looks like they did the bare minimum when they made the app.

Really bad user experience. Struggles to connect well to charger. Bad overview over consumption and horrible integration to energy provider.
