Everything worked, up to the point where the app is supposed to send a code to my phone. However, the phone number that it is sending the code to ends in 0. My phone number does not end in 0 and there is no option to change what the app is doing. I used to pay my mobile bill online, either on my computer browser or on my phone. Now I can do neither. I've called the company a number of times and they have not been able to rectify this problem. Very frustrating.

why most of the time it keeps saying we are unable to process yr transaction contact your bank. when i talk to my bank everything is straight i have money on my card something is wrong with the app.

haven't been able to put credit on my phone via the app for months, a notification pops up saying it's some issue with the bank but when I put a plan via the app it works fine 😑😑

Never able to pay with credit card or debit card. When you call customer service they insist that nothing is wrong with the app. Don't waste your time and energy.

Please do something about your service. I've been trying to cancel the auto renew on the 7 day plan and it never went through. However when I purchased the 30 day plan for $239 through the app it also never went though because the 7 day plan was autorenewed. I'm really annoyed by it. Fix it. It's more than a month now things not working with bmobile. Can't even get to read the notifications properly on the app. Steups.

For the past 2 months i have been try to log in thos app and it never works. i Uninstaller and installed back still nothing. This app worked perfectly find up until April

the app always crash when I need to pay leave me with no network to call or even whatsapp someone. Another issue it requires a finger scan if it fail good luck you need to force stop the app and try again terrible. I'd recommend people to go digicel
