This silly application keeps deducting money from my oreedoo credits, and on my first time I tried to use it, didn't work, i contact the customer service by mail, they answer after 3 days telling me that i should activate my subscription, and when I asked why you are deducting money from my account and it is not activated? I had no answer till now! I have deactivated my account so not to deduct more money for a useless service!!

Very cheap upfront cost provides a wealth of offers that renews every month - a unique feature. Multiple offers for different food items at the same restaurant is also a big draw as it enables you to save half of your entire meal. Keep up the good work.

Terrible customer service after subscription After I took urban point subscription, I went to a restaurant brothers grill in Qatar and they rejected my coupon saying their system is hanged and they cannot activate it. And when I complained to urban points, they said there's nothing they can do about it and to contact the hotel manager for a compensation. Is this how urban Point subscription is supposed work?

Don't know what happened with the new updates, I can hardly see any text on my OnePlus 7 Pro phone. Looks like it's rendering a web page and utterly unusable. Please fix as soon as possible.

Excellent app with large savings and highly recommended for those who like to dine out! You will need to pay 15 QAR/month or 100 QAR/year to be able to use the offers. But the great part is that coupons are renewed for all restaurants every month!
