So at this point I'm still undecided. Just bought a home with this installed, thought it was a "cool" feature but as noted in many reviews...the setup is convoluted & not user friendly, I can't figure out how to delete old account & create a new one - and calling them is useless. I actually googled the so called customer service line, and they gave me another # and wished me good luck. So right now the only thing good, is that worked when I connected the app. However it's not very intuitive or user friendly. Also I'd like to know if you can activate (unlock) over wifi so instead of assigning an "Ekey", I can just unlock door from a remote PC instead. But again - I can't even reach a live person to ask. So then there's that...clearly they aren't looking for retention?

I like the app so far,but I would like to know why it runs constantly instead of just when I occasionaly use it to activate the lock. Trying to cut down on apps that run the battery down. My previous lock had its own remote and did not interfear with my bluetooth headset, guess I will just have to work around the "who gets the bluetooth control" 😁

Just had this lock installed. It is doing the exact opposite of what it's supposed to do here is an example. When I'm trying to lock based on the keypad it unlocks. When it comes to unlocking it locks. Now trying with Bluetooth it made matters worse as you're pressing the buttons and I'm getting the same results. Trying to reach out to a live person and 5 hours later no one has called. This is a very bad product if you cannot contact anyone.

PURE JUNK! I have a brand new Samsung s22 Ultra so ITS NOT THE PHONE. The lock will lock using the keypad and will unlock using the generic code they provide SO IT WAS PUT TOGETHER CORRECTLY. Downloaded this app and IT WILL NOT FIND a new lock after hitting the + sign and activating the lock by pressing any button on keypad. My phone Bluetooth finds it immediately BUT IT JUST SPINS in the app and will never say it found the lock. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS OF THIS APP BEFORE PURCHASING.

So far, the App or the Try-Bolt is not good. First, I don't get the two beeps when powering it up with FRESH batteries. I get one beep and a blue keypad. Neither lock or unlock will work in the manual mode. So I downloaded the app and tried blutooth. It says "operation failed" when trying to connect. I have found so many "Apps" in general that are not good. This App is 2 stars plus a little in the reviews. I think all App's should be close to five stars. They're designed to part of the device.

Buyer beware: Return the Tru-Bolt Orion now. Do not install on your door. This app is not made for the Tru-Bolt Orion and the manual does not have adequate instructions for connecting to WiFi. This isn't my first smart home purchase-- I have a wifi thermostat, light switches, outlets, garage door opener, but none have been as frustrating as this. Also customer service is worthless- it brought me to voicemail, I left a message a week ago with no response.

I'm not very phone savvy but this app was very simple and I enjoyed working with it. I had a problem initially but I called customer service and they were very helpful and helped me with installing the app. Once it was installed the app worked perfectly.

Worked fine, at first... got a new phone can't get into the app, can't find support, keeps telling me my password is incorrect, but won't let me reset the password because my user name is bad, won't let me register because my email is associated with an account. Definitely not pleased.
