Getting better but improvements still needed: error messages from boiler are opaque and unhelpful (why not say 'your boiler's annual maintenance is due'?); nice to have the heat curve settings in the app, but the visual plot should be based on your target temp - we use 19.5C, not 21C - add as a selectable plotting option in the HC settings?; need ability to be able to save several weekly planner heating programmes rather than only having one.

Initially when the system was installed, there was a big problem with the control gateway connecting to the app. Tried many things, called customer support etc who said an adapter is needed. Ordered the adapter, still played around with the gateway and app, and everything was fixed. Now I have installed the TRVs and they just do not connect. The selection on the app where it says "add thermostat" is greyed out, so I cant click on it, and there is nothing online to show how to add trv to the app

Utter rubbish, the app is slow but fine, the servers are a joke. I've had several days separately where I've not been able to connect to my heating since installation a month ago. Extremely disappointed considering I paid extra for the module. I should have had a normal thermostat installed. Update - Current problem has been ongoing 3 days without heating control and no contact from support

Hot water settings not clear. What happens outside of the time intervals? No water production at all? What happens inside the time intervals? Water is kept at high temperature inside the boiler even if not used? Also cannot display energy consumption data and graphs. Also should display the settings values like the name of the wifi currently connected to.

The latest update has made a huge improvement to the responsiveness of the app. Big improvement and the app is now functional. I would still like to see more focus on customer experience and usability, mapping out common tasks to minimise steps, though credit where credit is due. I have increased rating from 1 to 3 stars.

Not fit for purpose The basic functionality for a domestic boiler control is missing. E.g. Advance, boost for an hour, comfort mode etc. JUst missing INstead it has lots of features that are quite incomprehensible for a domestic boiler. I was told they are for a commercial system. They are also incomprehensible and meaningless for my instantaneous water heating boiler. This is so bad I regretted buying the boiler.

It works and allows adjustment and monitoring from your phone. Improvements could be: Showing a graph of the DHW temperature similar to the indoor temperature. Better contrast in the screen colour to see if you are viewing Space Heating/DHW or both whilst looking at the statistics page.

Top marks easy controls and energy stats. Had this installed on our Arotherm VWL55/3. I can now view various energy stats and cop which wasn't available before. Everything has worked can't complain at all.
