I have never been able to log in successfully, and it's keeping me in a loop where as soon as I hit 'next' to log in, it just refreshes the login page. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it's telling me I didn't enter my email address (when I definitely did) and giving me a server error when I try to log in. For something that's supposed to be how I access appointments and invoices for mental health services, the 100% inaccessibility of this app sure is anxiety inducing.

I would give it zero stars if I could because I can't login to the app at all. Every time I enter my user name and password, it then prompts me to enter the email address attached to the account. I enter that and get the server error message every single time. I think I've only been able to actually get in the app 1 time. Very useless.

I had recently begun services with a new provider and was told that I needed to create an account through this app. When the time came for the 1st telehealth appointment, I couldn't see any invite links through the app . I looked around and discovered that the app is linked to an old clinic that I used in 2016 and the therapist can't find a way to get around it. From a Google review from 05/13/2024, the app developers claim to be aware of the problem and to fix it but the problem persists.

This app constantly fails to let me log in and is usually due to server down issues.. the instability of this app makes me feel that the healthcare industry does not care about the patient experience if they force us to use a garbage app for our health! This app being so terrible might cause me to find another doctor.

It works well. I don't use it very often (less than once a month or twice a month at most) so I don't like that by the time I use it I have to re-validate the biometrics sign-in option. So there's really no point in setting it up at all. I get the need for tight security on apps like this but I've never understood the need for re-validating the biometrics sign-in option that so many apps enforce.

When I need to fill out forms, this app loads the forms, but the font is basically unreadable. It's tiny so they could cut corners and not pony up the dough for a basic zoom function. I have to take a screenshot and then zoom in, go back to the app and then attempt to select a micro sized yes or no. 2024 and that's just unacceptable. There's absolutely no settings. There's no way to contact them to discuss the issues, it's ridiculous.

I've downloaded, deleted, and downloaded this app several times but I still don't the ability to message my providers or cancel my appointments. My providers say that I have no restrictions on their end and they are able to receive messages from other clients. This app is worthless as a healthcare app.

I can't log in because I can't remember my user name or password. Tried resetting the password, which asks for a user name, that I do not have. There is support information at all. There is nowhere to get assistance, npo where to call. Tells you it will lock your account but doesn't give you the option to contact anyone about it or how to unlock it.
