Very disappointed when, after you have put so much info to describe the incident and then you accidentally close the app, everything you've wrote, disappears!😡😡😡 Even the oldest Word doculents save your work and Velicity...DOES NOT! REALLY?? In 21st Century?! I have missed reporting so many events everyone could have benefitted from, just because of this missing feature! Please, improve and will give you better rating. But that's it for now! Best regards!

Our company needs to stop using this app. Constantly crashes, and sometimes the audits I've spent ages doing do not make it onto the system. The list scrolls back to the top every time you add a comment or attachment to something. Not a good app, considering it's built around safety.

Hot trash My company switched to this service recently, and I couldn't care for it less... constantly crashes when uploading pictures. anytime I complete entering information into a checklist item it takes you back to top of the checklist even if you were on the last item. Again hot trash if I could do no stars I would

The app does not show any documentation I have entered. It doesn't even show other entries in the system. Don't bother downloading this app. Just go to your computer or tablet and use the browser to enter/update reports.

Very basic form management and functionality. Usable inspection data extraction poor. High level report functionality only, not relavent at a local level. Very poor user experience. Faster to use paper inspection form and transfer results and findings to a spreadsheet! Frustrating when adding a finding or a photo for it to move back to the beginning of the inspection. Looses photos. Crashes when adding photo as evidence within an inspection using camera. Lost completed inspections.

Very poor functionality more than half the time while in use I get redirected out or the app crashes and have to go completely out and log back in. Of that happens it will happen 5 to 10 time more before I can finish my objective.
