Technically it does work. You will just be at it for years before you can even think about getting half the points for most of the cards. Each day will net you 2-10 spins, and each spin gets you 2-12 points. I am constantly having issues with the game even pulling up and have to reconfirm my account. It keeps my points but it's a pain. Even after watching 3+ videos it's not giving me the spin for my daily spin. Not worth it.

This app has really gone down in flames recently. It's incredibly difficult to get it to even boot up, much less get the daily spin. A few times I've even resorted to rebooting my phone to get it to open and work correctly. Not even sure if it helps because sometimes it'll boot right away but mostly it will take several attempts. It really feels like this app has been left to rot. It was last updated Jan 12th.

I attempted to reach out to customer service but found out that the email they provide is invalid. I have been actively playing this since 2017 and had over 138,000 tickets ready to be redeemed. My app is now prompting me to sign in with my Google account only, which is not linked to my account and caused everything to be lost with no way to sign in with my email. ETA: It's been almost a month and I still can't sign in because it says the form doesn't exist.

Garbage! I’d been saving up rolls for years and I also had several e-gift cards on their platform because that’s how they do it. They changed how you could login through FB and will not return emails on linking their new system to my old account. If someone from their team reaches out to me and fixes this I’ll change it but so far a 0 on customer service and taking all I had built up and won.

I've had this app on my phone for some time and never had an issue. Recently, it had trouble loading which has happened before. I would simply close the app reopen and would work. Now when I try to open it prompts me sign back in but won't accept my email. Says it found an account through Facebook but when I try to login with that does not let me. Haven't been able to get in for about a week or so and no way to contact support. Will probably end up uninstalling. Lost everything I had saved up

I have earned several cool items in the short time I have had this app. Definitely worth my time! Update: I cannot get my free daily rolls half the time. The app has gone wonky and I got notifications every 5 minutes to get my free daily rolls, until I finally shut the notifications off. Finding a way to actually contact them was so difficult that I just gave up. Not really worth playing anymore, I will probably delete this app if it doesn't straighten out soon.

I've been saving tickets for a long while now, and they just keep raising the cost of prizes while limiting bonus game winnings. I used to be able to win the bonus with between 40-60 rolls, now it takes AT LEAST 100, And sometimes as many as 120-130. To new users, I'd say definitely dont waste you time, its not even worth the data to download. Reply: and the part about continually upping the cost rewards?

Absolutely HATE this app now! It was amazing, top of the list, when it first came out. Now, it sucks! I used to could get great stuff and win tickets at a great rate. Not anymore. Greedy bastards made it impossible to obtain rolls/tickets and the cost of cheap garbage made in China is absurd and appalling! Do not waste your time. Do not install. If the developers can get this back to the way it was in the beginning, I'd change my review. But that's not gonna happen. Shut it down!!?
