I bought the HPT app (UK version) from Google Play, yesterday. It does not work. Installed on Android phone - Galaxy Note 9 - fully up to date system. Driving Theory Test (UK - paid for) already installed. Crashes every time a video thumbnail is clicked on - to start a lesson. I have installed also on my Chromebook, with exactly the same result. I expect a refund in full.

Terrible - doesn't even work. Scammed me out of £1.99 and none of the videos will play the app just drops out. I would like advice on a refund so I can put my money towards an app that actually works. Would score it a zero if allowed

I've paid for this app over a month ago and I never could open it, always come back to the app store when I try. Anyhow I can get my money back????????????? It does not work, cannot update, I'm annoyed!!!!!!

worked for 10 minutes then when I opened app again asked me to download content and when I clicked ......nothing so is a waste of money ! how many £1.99 have people paid and had the same problem!!
